Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
Daily housekeeping, excluding Public Holidays or Sundays, and transport, tours and a shuttle service can be arranged on request. Special housekeeping service is available on request at an additional cost.
The TV only serves as a monitor and guests will have to use their own Netflix and Showmax accounts on their laptops. No other channels are available at Ntoma House.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
All the rooms are non-smoking areas, and guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Please note, sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
Catering can be arranged upon request.
Wood, firelighters, and ice are not provided for and guests please need to bring their own.
Late arrivals can only be accommodated if a staff member is available for check-in and at an additional after hour fee.
The unit will be serviced daily for your convenience, except on Public Holidays and Sundays, but please note staff have several lodges to clean every day, and may not arrive at a time convenient to you; should you wish to arrange a specific time, please confirm and it will be arranged accordingly.
Should you need a special housekeeping service on a Public Holiday or a Sunday, it can be arranged at an additional cost.
