A key and breakage deposit is payable on arrival and is refundable within 7 to 14 working days after the house has been inspected and all found in order. Keys will not be handed over under any circumstances without full payment received.
DStv can be activated for an additional fee per day.
There is a pet fee of R250, for up to 2 dogs per house. No more than 2 dogs are allowed at a time.
Please note that no cash will be accepted for breakage fees, pet fees, balance payments, or refunds.
