House Rules
Please note, Plattekloof Premium Lodge will be closed on the 25th of December, and the 1st of January. No services (breakfast, reception & housekeeping) will be available on these dates.
There are no housekeeping services available on Sundays.
Check-in times are from 14:00pm until 19:00pm - Late check in’s must be arranged prior arrival date, All late arrivals must be arranged prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in after our office has closed ; any unarranged late arrivals will incur a penalty fee per hour payable upon arrival. Please inquire about our hassle-free self-check procedure.
In the event of premature departure, the full amount of the original booking will be charged. Late departures will not be permitted and will be charged at R90-00 for every half an hour. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets.
While we make every effort to allocate you with the room of your choice and special requests, this cannot always be guaranteed.
All rooms are non-smoking; smoking in the rooms will incur a special cleaning fee.
Please consider other guests and keep the noise levels to a minimum after 20:00.
Lost or damaged key set shall incur a replacement fee as it poses a security risk.
Breakfast commences Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 08:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 10:00.
