Description
Each 1-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests. The spacious bedroom contains a king-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a built-in cupboard, and a standing fan for the hot summer months. The bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and from the hallway for ease of access, and contains a large bath, a separate shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is fitted with a hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine, pots and pans, and cutlery and crockery. There is a 2-seater dining table and chairs. The air-conditioned lounge features a large couch, a separate chair and coffee table, and a 34-inch Smart flat-screen TV connected to Netflix. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens to a Juliette balcony from which you can enjoy the view.

House Rules
- No smoking permitted.
- No pets permitted.
- No loud noise, music, parties or events permitted.
- No children accepted.
- The apartments do not suffer from power outages during loadshedding, as they get power priority due to being in the same zone as close by hospital.
- Cleaning: We will clean and replace towels and linen every 8 days. If you stay for 8 days or less no cleans are included. If you would like additional cleaning this can be quoted and arranged but will be for your account.
- Electricity: We ask that you are considerate and not leave the air-conditioning on at night or when not at the apartment.
- The internet is very stable and comes into the building via a large fibre line and is distributed by copper to the apartment. Currently our default package is at 20 MBPS but can easily and inexpensively be upgraded to 30, 50 or even 100 MBPS. The current package is more than adequate for a Zoom meeting.
