Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Strictly no parties allowed
- No bachelors or bachelorettes
- No smoking is permitted inside
- No pets are allowed inside the Shelley Point Estate
- No loud music between 22:00- 7:00
- The number of guests declared upon booking will be the maximum allowed into the estate at the security entrances
- A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed on the property
- No day visitors will be allowed unless previously arranged with the owners and security. Sufficient notice must be given.
- All guests must follow the general rules set out by the Shelley Point Home Owner Association that will be provided before arrival
