Tibani Nature Reserve
Description
Mongoose Campsite is ideal for nature lovers as it is very private and offers its own ablution facilities with a shower, washbasin and toilet. This whole campsite has a maximum capacity of 6 guests at a time. Outside the ablution is washing up facilities with a sink. A gas geyser provides hot water and solar lights provide some lighting for the evenings. There is also a potable water point provided at the campsite. Access to free Wi-Fi is available; however, there are no electric points available. For those warm Karoo summer days, there is a farm dam to cool off in and during the chilly nights, guests can gather around the fire pit provided at the campsite. The campsite is accessible by any normal vehicle and can accommodate 2 off-road caravans or 2 off-road trailers. Tents and motorhomes can also be accommodated.

Rates displayed are on a camping basis, and guests are required to bring along their own equipment.
House Rules
- Guests need to bring their own insect repellent, firelighters, as well as their own firewood.
- With prior arrangements, wood can be bought on the premises.
- Unfortunately, quad bikes are not allowed.
- Sections of the Botterboomhuisie are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- Please note, there is a gravel road leading to the accommodation, and vehicles with low-profile tyres and/or sports cars will have difficulty. Guests are required to enquire about the road's condition before arrival, as it could be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Limited cellphone reception is available in certain areas of Tibani Nature Reserve.

Description
Botterboomhuisie is a double-storey cottage and has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette and 12 V power to charge a mobile phone or laptop. The attic room has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Guests share the use of a bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-plate gas stove, gas fridge-freezer and tea-and-coffee making facilities and meals can be enjoyed at the counter. Guests can relax in the lounge area in front of the cosy fireplace. The house leads to a deck with a built-in braai, a solar-heated plunge pool and a view of the surroundings.
