Cancellation less than 7 days (21 days in high season) prior to a booking, forfeit the full deposit;7 - 14 days ---- 75 % of the deposit
15 – 21 days ---- 50 % of the deposit
Cancellations 22 days or more prior to arrival, forfeit 25 % of the deposit.
Administration fee of R150,00 will be charged on all refunds.
Accommodation fee paid is refundable ONLY if rooms are booked out again.
Should we therefore book out all rooms again, you will receive the balance of your money back.
Taxes and Extras
Children aged between 0 and 2 stay free.Children aged between 3 and 13 pay R 350.00.
