Villa Armaan offers quaint self-catering apartments that are located on the owner's property and is situated in a quiet residential area of the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Perfect for guests looking for comfortable lodging, with easy access to most tourist attractions of the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands.

Accommodation at Villa Armaan comprises 3 flats that are fully furnished and a fully furnished 6-sleeper cottage which could accommodate 2 children on a large sleeper. Each of the 2-Sleepers has one bedroom, that is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom that has a shower, basin, and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped; it has a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a two-plate stove as well as built-in cupboards with crockery and cutlery, including other appliances. Various Open View channels are available. The average floor space is 35 square metres.

The 6 sleeper has three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One of the bedrooms is an en-suite with its own flat-screen TV (open view). It has a large kitchen, a dining room and a lounge with a flat- screen. The apartment is designed to accommodate 6 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. There is an inside braai area and a portable braai outside. The dining and kitchen are open-plan, with a comfortable sleeper couch. The lounge has a TV with the DStv Compact package. Guests are more than welcome to make use of the braai facilities on the property, with secure parking available for vehicles. Unfortunately, the Establishment does not allow parties, functions and loud music.

All apartments have full fibre Wi-Fi access.

Villa Armaan is 2 to 3 km to shopping malls and restaurants, supermarkets; Milnerton and Table View beaches are less than 30 minutes' drive away.
