Villa Royale 203 is a sea-facing holiday apartment offering accommodation in a secure, beachfront complex situated in Sheffield Beach. Villa Royale is a residential complex with extremely strict noise control levels.

This accommodation currently does not experience power outages such as load shedding.

This unit can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed. A shower, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer, are available in the second bathroom.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a 4-seater breakfast bar. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and an air-conditioned lounge with comfortable seating. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Through the glass doors by the lounge, there are a few steps that lead up to a large patio with outdoor seating and it overlooks the ocean. The complex has shared braai facilities and a communal swimming pool that has a steep walk down to the beach.
