Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
- Villa Royale is a residential complex with a no noise policy.
- In order for a booking to be honoured, Villa Royale 203 requires a copy of all adult's ID or Passport, if an SA residence - proof of residence, signed and completed booking forms and booking rules as well as vehicle registration numbers.
- A 1-hour cleaning service is available and does not includes washing dishes. The services are not available on Public Holidays or Sundays, only on Mondays to Saturdays.
- A R400 linen fee is only applicable for a 2-night stay.
- Strictly no braai of any type allowed at the unit, or on the patio areas, braai only allowed at the communal pool area.
- We do not do bookings for unaccompanied guests under 25. To book at Villa Royale paperwork is required at least 48 hours prior to occupation, namely copies of all adult ID documents, and booking forms with vehicle registration numbers of tenants and guests.
