Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.
House Rules
The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people including children. No extra guests or visitors are permitted unless discussed with the owner. An additional penalty fee will apply if anyone is found to have breached this rule.
Please note that the swimming pool does not have a safety net and children must be supervised at all times.
Linen and bath towels are provided. Guests need to bring their own swimming towels.
Please throw the ashes in a black bag and dispose of in the outside (mesh cage on the street). We
have also provided a hole in the ground at the back of the house on the right-hand side where the ash can be disposed of.
No pets are allowed at all in Marloth Park.
Strictly no smoking inside the house. Please use the ashtrays supplied.
Do not pull out the plugs of the alarm system, internet, or fridges.
Please ensure that all the doors and windows are closed properly before you leave, even for a short while, as apes and baboons can ruin your holiday.
All dustbin rubbish should be taken to Gate 2 rubbish area. Please keep Marloth Park clean.
Noise complaints will be fined on the spot. This has been implemented by Marloth Park Municipality. Please note that this is a conservation area, and parties are not allowed.
The establishment is 1 km on a gravel road from the main road of the park.
Please remember to set the alarm at all times when leaving the property. When the alarm beeps once, it means it is activated and 2 beeps mean deactivated. The red button is for emergencies. If, the emergency button is pressed by accident please call the Security company and cancel the call.
On the day of departure, please double that the windows are closed properly, curtains are closed, blinds are closed, doors are locked and night locks (brown) on the sliding doors are locked. Please ensure the last of your dishes are washed. An additional cleaning fee will be charged and deducted from the breakage deposit if the property is left untidy/disorganised/messy.
If anything is broken by accident, please notify the owner or please replace it. It is just fair to the next group, to find the house in the same condition as you did.
