House Rules

- The credit card used to make the booking needs to be presented at check-in, as well as a copy of the owner's ID and/or Passport.
- Please note Wind-Rose Guest House is a non-smoking establishment, and smoking is only allowed in the garden.
- Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
- Parties, events or visitors are not allowed unless arranged with the owner. When visitors are agreed they pay R100 pp when they stay longer than 2 hours.
- Sections of the accommodation are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
- Please note that guests will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by the establishment upon booking.
