Otters' Haunt Full Moon Bush Camp
Description
Cormorant Cabin is built up high and set among the boulders 120 m away from the river. The semi-outdoor living area and kitchenette on the verandah, is surrounded by indigenous trees. The cabin has a double bedroom with a heated blanket and a gas heater is available for an extra fee. There is an attached bathroom and shower, with access from the main bedroom, outside the door, and down 3 stairs. There is an annex with 2 single beds opening out onto the semi-enclosed verandah. The kitchenette has everything you need for self-catering, and the cottage also has an outdoor braai. The unit also has a converted box TV to smart TV with a paid subscription to Netflix, and free Wi-Fi is available. This cottage is set on the ‘koppie’ with views towards the river. Cormorant Cabin has access to the swimming pool at Full Moon camp. Take a picnic blanket down to the shaded deck and bird hide on the banks of the river and relax.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only, for an additional fee of R50 per dog per night. The hosts need to know the breed and the dog should be socialised with other dogs, staff and people.
Bring your own swimming towels.
The property makes use of solar power and the system is designed to automate power usage and at night the system switches off automatically at 22:30. The system then powers up again before 07:00 every morning.
Guests are requested to play their part in managing the solar energy and recycling. Please bring battery-powered lights for late nights.

Description
There are 3 A-frame thatched cabins in the Bush Camp, and they are rented out exclusively to 1 group at a time. The 3 thatched A-frame cabins are Caracal which contains 1 double and 3 single beds, Malachite which contains a 1 double and 1 single bed, and and Pangolin which contains 3 single beds. The 3 cabins have use of a shared ablution facility with a thatched shower and a toilet, just 20 m from the cabins. The communal social lapa has a fire circle, a kitchen with a freezer, fridge, hot-plate, and kettle, and braai area.
